Please do the following steps:
- Click on the up-arrow ^ near the clock in the system tray.
- Right-click on the Synergize icon. If there is no Synergize icon, go to Step 5.
- Ensure that Indexing has a check mark next to it. If it doesn't, single click on it to check it.
Anything you've tried to index may start popping up to be indexed.
This cannot be stopped. Just go through them the best you can.
If you still can't index, go on to the next step. - Get back to the menu below and click on Exit. This will stop Synergize Desktop from running.
- Click on the Start button.
- Start typing Synergize, the Synergize Desktop item will show.
- Click on Synergize Desktop to start the program.
- It may require you to enter your password. It's the same password you use to log in to Citrix/Windows.
- Click Submit.
- Right-click on the Synergize Desktop icon.
- Ensure that Indexing has a check mark next to it. If it doesn't, single click on it to check it.
Anything you've tried to index may start popping up to be indexed.
