Add Shared Mailboxes in Outlook Web
- Right-click on Folders and then click on Add shared folder.
- A window will open in the middle of the screen. Start typing the name of the mailbox you’d like to add. When it comes up as an option, click on it to select it.
- Click on the Add button.
- The folder will show in the left-hand pane of Outlook Web. Click on the arrow head > to expand it. You’ll find the Inbox and all other folders for it here.
