There are several possible causes of Chrome only showing a white screen.
Two of the most common causes are shown below.
Try Turn Off Hardware Acceleration first.
If that does not work, try Clear Chrome Cache.

Turn Off Hardware Acceleration
1. Go into Chrome Settings
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Advanced
3. Scroll to the System section. Check Use hardware acceleration when available. If it's in the on state, turn it off.
Turning it off will reveal the Refresh button. Click on that. Chrome will reopen with all the pages that were open before.
4. Watch and test for white screen.
Clear Chrome Cache
1. Go into Chrome Settings > Advanced > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data
You can reach this quickly by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete while in Chrome
2. Use the Basic setting and check Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
3. Restart Chrome and watch for the white screen issue. If it happens again, please submit a ticket to IT by sending an e-mail to support@eassons.com for more help.
